Gray Seattle

So I took the above photo and then realized Getty already has a copyright of the Seattle skyline. This message was painted on a wall:

What the hell is that all about? How can a company own the image copyright of someone else's property (i.e. the private individuals who own the downtown buildings) viewed from public property?

Anyway here's another image. I didn't really take many photos while in the city. Hopefully the pier isn't copyrighted too.

Actually, AP owns the copyrights to the pier, so now you're gonna have two photo agencies on your ass.

I'm not sure what to make of that sign. Really like that photo though.

My copyright was recently infringed upon and I am aggressively pursuing compensation. I am sure Getty has meaner, more aggressive, better paid lawyers than me. So... WATCH OUT!
Really.. this is a joke, just some b/s tag someone put on the wall right? I get it the logo and wall are copyrighted because Getty owns them but not the view?
I guess the UA has the image of Old Main trademarked so Getty could "trademark" the Seattle skyline but you took the photo so you should own the copyright.
