Last week Super Tuesday didn't just describe politics in Arkansas, but the weather as well. I don't recall too many tornadoes in Winter, but that was not the case this February. I covered the aftermath of the deadly storms in Atkins for the New York Times.
My condolences go out to all the families that lost loved ones.

nice job. the hardest part about disaster scenes is the "where to i even begin" thoughts that race through your mind when you first get on the scene. i remember my first tornado shoot was overwhelming. there's definately a balance between keeping your distance and not being too intrusive with people whose homes have just been destroyed. again, good job.
